Snowball Cocktail

  • 1 part advocaat

  • 3 parts UK lemonade (US lemon-lime soda)

  • Ice

  • Cocktail cherry (garnish)

Combine ingredients in a glass and give a gentle mix and garnish with a bright red cherry.


EZ’s Homemade Egg Nog

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup / 200g sugar

  • ½ teaspoon / 2.84g salt

  • 8oz / 240ml Jamaican rum

  • ½ teaspoon / 5ml vanilla extract

  • 32oz half and half / 950ml single cream

  • Fresh grated nutmeg (garnish)

In a large bowl, beat eggs to a froth (immersion blender works great). Add sugar and salt, continue beating. Stir in spirits, cream, and vanilla. Chill at least three hours. Serve neat or over ice and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Jasper’s Planters Punch

  • 1 part Jasper’s Secret Mix

  • 1 part overproof rum

  • Pineapple spear, orange slice, cocktail cherry, or mint (garnish)

  • Fill highball glass with cracked ice, add ingredients and stir vigorously. Garnish with a pineapple spear, orange slice and cocktail cherry combined on a pick, or a sprig of fresh mint.

Jasper’s Secret Mix

  • 16oz / 480ml fresh lime juice

  • 12oz / 340g sugar

  • 1oz  / 30ml Angostura bitters

  • 1/2 fresh grated nutmeg

Combine in a bottle and shake vigorously until sugar is dissolved. Store in the refrigerator, and if the sugar collects on the bottom, just re-shake before using.
